ph589 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ph589 website at ph589.net, including all associated pages, features, games, and services accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ph589 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the ph589 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where online gaming is illegal or where ph589 does not hold the necessary authorizations to offer its services.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ph589 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the ph589 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

Your continued use of the ph589 Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. ph589 will notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their Account.

This Agreement is available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the ph589 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style gaming activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is lawful.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph589, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ph589 or had an Account closed for breach of this Agreement.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

ph589 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the ph589 Platform, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the ph589 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. ph589 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them.

ph589 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All Accounts on ph589 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph589 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

You agree to notify ph589 immediately at the contact details provided in Section 16 if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. ph589 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

ph589 recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. ph589 reserves the right to require additional verification steps where suspicious activity is detected on an Account.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph589 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposit information on this page is informational only.

Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. ph589 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from third-party sources may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. ph589 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes for verified Accounts, and bank transfer withdrawals within one to three business days, though processing times may vary.

ph589 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where ph589 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement.

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ph589 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ph589 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• ph589 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the terms applicable at the time the bonus was accepted.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only. ph589 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player is exploiting promotional offers.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on the ph589 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. The following general gaming conditions apply across all games on ph589:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games use independently certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be influenced by ph589 or any Player.
• Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in professional studio environments. Live game outcomes are determined by physical processes and are not subject to electronic manipulation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and any wagers placed will be returned to the Player's Account.
• ph589 reserves the right to void any wager or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by a technical error, software fault, or any form of cheating or collusion.
• The minimum and maximum wager limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. ph589 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph589 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the ph589 Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to ph589 immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the ph589 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph589 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph589 Platform — including but not limited to the ph589 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and multimedia content — is the intellectual property of ph589 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph589 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ph589 Platform without the prior written consent of ph589.

Any unauthorized use of ph589's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph589 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ph589 Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ph589's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in game information, odds, or results caused by a technical malfunction, provided that ph589 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits ph589's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The ph589 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph589 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

12 Responsible Gaming

ph589 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing, during which they will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from ph589 may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

ph589 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing problem gambling, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.

13 Termination & Suspension

ph589 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) months.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of this Agreement, ph589 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, where such forfeiture is permitted under applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting ph589 customer support. Any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph589's customer support team for resolution. ph589 aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph589's internal complaints process, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, as applicable.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be conducted in the English language and in the courts of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to This Agreement

ph589 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of this Agreement is always available on the ph589 Platform at ph589.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Agreement was most recently revised.

Your continued use of the ph589 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
